An interesting new flag invented itself in Old Montreal this afternoon.

Feature Story of the Day – Tim Van Horn: Photographer, Videographer, Writer, Adventurer

Tim is a photographer who never says no to a challenge. When he dreams, he dreams big. For months, Tim toiled to camperize his GMC Savanna van, customizing every inch to perfection. The interior is one part Turkish living room, one part utilitarian transport vehicle. He is happy to live with less, and he works on simplifying his life where he can.

Tim has been planning this trip across Canada for years, and he works hard everyday to turn his aspirations into reality. Tim is a positive and determined visionary who is driven to explore and portray his country in a balanced and creative manner. He records moments in time, and the stories that he recounts with his captivating images weave a complex tapestry of Canadiana. I am proud to be a part of this project with him, and I am especially blessed to call him my husband. Please feel free to let him know if you enjoy his work!

Great photo of the two flags together! Quite the snowstorm AND that is a great pic of that brave soul – blind? – out in the snowstorm! Great write-ups as well!
